Time of presentation:
The time for each presentation during “train oral session” or not (SOE and SO) is 10 minutes then 5 minutes for questions.
For the “superior trainings of intensive care medicine” the time is 20 minutes then 10 minutes for questions. Please thank you to respect the time for the good course of session. It is always a shame to see sessions chairman’s to be required to cut speaker.
Sending your PowerPoint presentation file:
If you want, you could send your PowerPoint presentation PC formatted before January, 15, 2012:
• by email address to: srlf@clq-group.com (for presentations inferiors to 5Mb)
• by regular mail (is superior to 5 Mb) in the congress secretariat to:

Required PC-formatted file support:
Speakers should bring on-site a backup copy of their presentations on one of the following PC formatted file support:
• USB key
• CD-Rom (1 session by CD, and session must be closed)
• DVD
• External Hard disk (100 or 2050 Mo)
Required presentation format:
• Software: PowerPoint 97, 98, 2000, 2001, XP-2002, 2003 or 2007
• Font: Regular PC fonts such as Arial, Times, ..., and Wingdings for special characters and other sign.
• Pictures authorized formats: .jpg, .gif, .tif, .bmp (.pict. format is prohibited).
• Video files authorized formats:*: .mpg, .mpeg, .avi, DIVX.
• Video files prohibited formats: .mov (quicktime). Thank you to export yours files to .avi format.
* Do not forget to bring your video files with your final presentation onto PC formatted file support! You must insert the video file in you presentation using the insert video function of the PowerPoint software.
Your sending could mention day, time and title of your presentation.
Projection:
A PC computer will be available and provided by the congress organization in each conference room, and should be used for all presentations. Indeed, due to the high number of communications all through the congress, you are not allowed to connect your own laptop.
Thus, you are requested to proceed to the pre-view room 2 hours before your session, where you will be assisted by computer experts who will help to download your presentation from your PC formatted file support on the internal network. You will be able to upload or review/update their presentation 3 hours before the beginning of your presentation.
Confidentiality:
There is nothing to be returned or retrieved after your session. Unless otherwise instructed in the correspondence or on site, we would like to inform authors that their files will be automatically deleted from our system AT THE END OF THE CONGRESS.
